Jen Guidry is the founder of The High Level Life Method and the creator of The Peace Protocol — a four-pillar recalibration process that helps high-capacity individuals stop operating from survival and start leading from internal authority. With over 20,000 hours of research and advanced training in nervous system regulation, trauma release breathwork, and integrative trauma — as a practitioner in both, Jen brings a depth of understanding that goes far beyond surface-level wellness advice. Jen also owns SA Pain Relief, a practice focused on cellular-level healing for pain, anxiety, and inflammation.
